This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to take further action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2019, 02.10.2019 and 24.10.2019 in accordance with law and file final report within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, wherein liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
