O R D E R

Since this writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent District Collector not to pass any orders on the basis of the complaint given by the 5th respondent, it is relevant to note that as submitted by the petitioner and the respondents the entire administration of the temple comes under the control of the HR & CE Department.

2. Such view of the matter, the apprehension of the petitioner is misconceived and there cannot be any such blanket direction when no such power vest in the first respondent District Collector for passing any order on the representation of the 5th respondent. There is no merit in this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 07.12.2022 Index : Yes / No kk 2/4
