ORDER

For the past two consecutive hearings, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Registry note indicates that though the revision petitioner was permitted to take private notice to the respondent, steps not taken and proof of service not filed. Further, this Court finds that while admitting the revision petition and suspending the sentence, this Court has directed the revision petitioner / accused to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Trial Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. This order was passed on 05.02.2020. In the said circumstances, the compliance of the said condition not reported.
