Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refrain from demanding any deficit stamp duty and registration charges in respect of Document No.512 of 2015 registered with the third respondent pursuant to the order dated 22.02.2017 bearing Na.Ka.No.13540/NI/2016 passed by the first respondent.
