JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The appeal is impugning an order dated 14.10.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge by which the learned Single Judge has directed respondents 1 and 2 i.e. the Registrar of Trademarks and the Deputy Registrar of Trademarks to decide the issue between the private parties i.e. appellant herein and respondents 3 and 4.

2. Learned Single Judge has directed that the private parties be given an opportunity of hearing before passing the order.

3. We find nothing wrong with the order. Appeal dismissed. Both the counsel appearing for the respective respondents are not pressing for costs.
