file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself was dismissed by the judgment and decree dated 10.08.2017 and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
