The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para No.4 of the order dated 17.11.2023 and the same shall be replaced as follows:

4.................. As ordered by the Trial Court, the DNA typing test was done and the report was also submitted before the Court and the same was objected by the petitioner, but the Court instructed to file Re-DNA petition but the same was not insisted by the subsequent proceeding officer. Again the petitioner/husband had filed I.A No. 4 of 2020 for the same relief stating that the respondent/wife, her counsel, medical officer and the advocate commissioner appointed therein were colluded with respondent and her advocate fraudulently substituted the original blood cards with the duplicate blood cards.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 17.11.2023 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties. 24.01.2024 pbl Note: Issue order copy on 29.01.2024.
