W.M.P.No.35782 of 2024 in W.P.No.22710 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer as "pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner having the account number:772405000034 to carry on the business and allow the petitioner to pay 10% of the demand for the purpose of filing the appeal".

2.Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Additional Government Pleader (Tax), appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing th e present petition.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader, this petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and post the matter on 05.03.2025.

5.Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the amended copy of the petition to the respondent, so as to enable the respondent to file their counter.
