ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2019 for issuance of patta to his property in village Natham comprised in Survey No.57/2, situated at Soolankurichi Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
