PRAYER in W.P.No.34967/2003 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.A8/5600/2002(5) dated 07.11.2003 confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/409/2003 dated 12.08.2003 and confirming the order of the 3rd respondent dated 02.07.2003 respectively and quash the same there by forbearing the respondents from implementing the above said orders.
