Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the Second Respondent in BCDFGISSSV No. 767/2019 dated 09.11.2019 and quash the same and direct the Respondent to produce the body and person of the Petitioner's husband namely Santhosh, son of Paneerselvam, aged about 26 years detained in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, viz., Santhosh S/o. Paneerselvam, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in proceedings BCDFGISSSV No. 767/2019 dated 09.11.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the husband of the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.99 dated 07.01.2020 and produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
