Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the G.O.(D) No.563 dated 21.11.2014, quash the same and further direct the first respondent to refer the dispute raised by the petitioner union for adjudication by the appropriate forum created under the provisions of the I.D.Act, 1947.

With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Pending the writ petition, the Management and the concerned workman have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, a settlement under Section 18(1) of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 has been arrived at. A copy of the settlement dated 27.04.2018 has been filed before this Court.

3. Recording the terms of the settlement dated 27.04.2018, the writ petition stands closed. The terms of the settlement shall form part of this order. No costs.
