Both the learned counsel submit that there are some issues arising out of the compromise entered in O.S.A.No.419 of 2018, which was disposed of by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 31.01.2019.

2. We consider it appropriate to relegate the parties before the learned Single Judge (Trial Court) in C.S.No.165 of 2008, even though the decree was passed in O.S.A., upon a compromise between the parties.

3. Therefore, we relegate the parties before the learned Single Judge. These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
