ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "VINAYAKA AYURVEDIC SALOON & SPA" at Door No.16/35, Bungalow Street, Avinashi Road, Tirupur-641 602, by passing an order on the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had given a representation on 25.11.2022 to the respondents police to issue "No Objection Certificate" to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "VINAYAKA AYURVEDIC SALOON & SPA" in the above mentioned address; but the said representation was not considered so far.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the alleged representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2022 is not available on the file of the first respondent and the petitioner can be advised to give fresh representation to the second respondent.
5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate
(Crl.Side), the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation in person to the second respondent. On receipt of the said representation, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the same, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
