Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to delay of 391 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement and bring the Legal heirs of Saraswathi (deceased) who died on 07.08.2018. These Applications coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the following order:

A.No.8802 of 2019 has been filed to condone the delay of 391 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement and to bring the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd plaintiff/ Saraswathi, who died on 07.08.2018 on record.

2.The other legal heirs are already on record and the daughter of the deceased is also on record. Therefore, there is no question of delay or abatement. Hence, this application is dismissed as infructuous. The learned counsels are directed to file an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the plaintiff. Post on 15.09.2020.
