This application has been filed seeking to bring on record the respondents herein being the legal heirs of the deceased Ashok Bajaj as the defendants 2 to 5 in T.O.S.No.8 of 2021.

2.Heard both sides. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondent in allowing the application.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and of the fact that bringing the legal heirs on record, this application is ordered, accordingly.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint and the plaintiff is directed to file the amended copy by 12.12.2023.

6. List the suit on 12.12.2023.
