ORDER
(Made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Writ petition is filed challenging the Notice No.11/2024/Zone III dated 18.09.2024 issued by the respondent and consequently to consider the petitioner's revised plan dated 22.10.2024 submitted before the respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted revised plan application dated 22.10.2024 for the deviation in the aforesaid property in question and the same is still pending.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation submits that the Corporation will consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's revised plan application dated 22.10.2024.
4. In view of the above submissions made by the parties concerned, this Court is inclined to pass order as follows: i) The respondent Corporation is directed to consider the 2/5
petitioner's revised plan application dated 22.10.2024, and pass orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii)The respondent Corporation shall give opportunity to the petitioner to place additional document if any required, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii) Till such time, the respondent Corporation shall not take any co-coercive steps.
5. With the above directions, the writ petition stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.35186 of 2024 is closed.
