This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16360 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to pass orders after

giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter party, subject to the result of the suit in O.S.No.182 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Omalur.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed order dated 04.12.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 04.12.2023, before this Court.
