ORDER

The order passed by the Writ Court on 06.04.2023 was to dispose of the Appeal within a period of three months. Today when the matter is called, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the Appeal has been disposed of on 26.11.2023.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
