This application has been filed by the applicant to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit property situated at No.20/11, Kesavaperumal Sannadhi Street, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004, and find out the feasibility of effecting division of the properties into two equal shares without destroying the intrinsic value of the property and allocate one such share to the applicant/plaintiff.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is allowed.

5. Ms.L.Arivukkarasi, M.S.No.396/2003, 166, 3rd street, Thiyagarayapuram, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai - 600 019, (Cell No.9841163845) is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner inspect the suit property situated at No.20/11, Kesavaperumal Sannadhi Street, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004, and find out the feasibility of effecting division of the properties into two equal shares without destroying the intrinsic value of the property and allocate one such share to the applicant/plaintiff.

6. The remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) shall be paid by both the parties directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall file her report on or before 14.02.2025.

7. Post the main suit on 14.02.2025.
