Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SANKARA NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioners in all the petitions and of MR.S.S.RAJESH, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- Learned Counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
