Heard Mr. M.Elumalai, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Ms. K.Ashwini Devi, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third Respondents to de-seal the premises, viz., Nila Blooms and Wedding Chakra, for removing all the materials of the Petitioners from there. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in furtherance to the orders dated 20.11.2023 and 21.11.2023 passed by the Court, the Petitioners have removed all their goods from the premises, which has been re-sealed, and 2/4

he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. 4.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
