This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's Application on 14.08.2024 made for granting permission / certificate vending and till such time not to disturb with the running of the petitioner's Running Bunk Near Avana Kaapagam, Gandhi Irwin Road, Egmore, Chennai-600 008 wherein selling tea, coffee and food items by using LPG Gas Stove.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 14.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
