This petition is filed to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the above Second appeal before this Hon'ble Court against the Judgment and Decree dated 05.10.2021 passed in A.S.No.41 of 2018 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruvarur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 116 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
