ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner for transfer of investigation in Crime No. 473 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 380 of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent submitted that already investigation completed and file a final report as undetectable one before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that no referred charge sheet is now received.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the transfer of investigation does not arise. However, the Respondent is directed to serve the referred charge sheet to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. On receipt of the same, the Petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
