This application has been filed to permit the amendment of cause title to bring on record the appropriate address of the second respondent in O.P.(TM) No. 39 of 2024 and (TM) A. No. 62 of 2024 and in this application and wherever found to amend the short and long cause title, tabular column, Form 1 and all other documents as ''the Registrar of Trademarks, Office of the Trade Marks Registry, IPR Buildings, Industrial Estate SIDCO RMD, G.S.T. Road, Guindy, Chennai-600032'' instead of ''the Registrar of Trademarks, the Office of Trademarks Registry, The Intellectual Property Building, Plot No.32, Sector 14, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110075.''

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, this application is ordered and the applicant is permitted to carry out necessary amendments as prayed for within a period of two weeks from today.
