CMP.Nos.25531, 25535 of 2023 in S.A.No.818 of 2008 & CMP.Nos.25532, 25533, 25534, & 25537 of 2023 in CMA.No.579 of 2009 M.DHANDAPANI,J These petitions are filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 745 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement of proceedings in SA.No.818 of 2008 caused due to the death of deceased sole respondent, to condone the delay of 745 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement of proceedings in CMA.No.579 of 2009 caused due to the death of the deceased sole respondent, to aside the abatement of proceedings in S.A.No.818 of 2008, caused due to the death of the deceased sole respondent, to set aside the abatement of proceedings in CMA.No.579 of 2009 caused due to the death of the deceased sole respondent and to bring the proposed respondents 2 to 4 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 4 in the above CMA.No.579 of 2009 and S.A.No.818 of 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these petitions are ordered.
