ORDER

The revision petitioner herein is the plaintiff in O.S.No.169 of 2014. The revision petitioner/plaintiff filed a petition in I.A.No.1 of 2021 under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of C.P.C. praying to implead the respondents 4 to 6 as defendants 4 to 6 in the main suit. After hearing both sides, the learned District Munsif, Gudiyattam dismissed the petition. Feeling aggrieved, the revision petitioner/plaintiff has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. When the Civil Revision Petition was listed before this Court on 11.09.2025, this Court observed as follows:- "Mr.V.M.G.Ramkannan, learned counsel on record for R4 appeared before the Court through video conferencing.

2. None appeared for the revision petitioner.

3. With a view to give one opportunity to the revision petitioner, list the matter on 19.09.2025."

3. Again on 19.09.2025, this Court observed as follows:- "No representation for the petitioner.

2.Mr.V.M.G.Ramkannan, learned counsel on record for the respondents 1 to 3 is before this Court.

3.List the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 26.09.2025."

4. Despite sufficient opportunities given, the revision petitioner did not choose to contest the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
