Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, particularly the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation dated 22.11.2022 submitted by the petitioner for removal of encroachment made by the seventh respondent in the land comprised in Survey No.303 in Pallikaliyangarayanallur Village, Vasishtapuram (Group) Madura, Kunnam Taluk, Cuddalore District, which is classified as Vandipathai and to pass orders thereon within a time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Elumalai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel for the seventh respondent.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that part of the encroachment, as alleged by the petitioner, was removed on 26.04.2023 and the balance of the encroachment was removed on 22.06.2023.
3. In view of the statement that the encroachment has been removed, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 26.07.2023 Index :
