ORDER

The parties to the proceedings have entered into a compromise, in and by which the petitioner agrees to hand over the vacant possession of the premises on or before 08.06.2024 as mentioned in the RCOP Petition in R.C.O.P.No.215 of 2016 on the file of XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai. Deed of compromise has been filed into the Court signed by all the parties showing the manner of hand over vacant possession of the premises and other claims that has been now effected between the parties.

2. The learned counsels appearing for both parties are present and submitted that both the parties signed the compromise deed as well as affixed their respective Left Thumb Impressions.

3. The respondent is also present before this Court and admitted to the compromise deed and signing of the same. The compromise deed is taken on file.

4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise deed, dated 06.06.2024. The said Compromise Deed shall form part of this Civil Revision Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
