O R D E R
[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu viz., Balaubramaniam, aged 45 years, has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondent to produce her husband before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner's husband went missing from 26.08.2018 and the petitioner and her relatives have searched for him in several places, but she could not succeed. Hence she lodged a complaint with the respondent police. Since the respondent police has not taken effective steps to secure the detenu, she has come forward with the present petition.
4. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the detenu is produced before the Court.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the detenu was secured by the respondent police and that when he was enquired about his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
missing, he has stated that due to some domestic problem, he went out of his home and now he came back and joined with the petitioner.
6. In the aforestated circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication.
