Crl.O.P.No.27263 of 2024 P.DHANABAL,J.

This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. Not known of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) represented that the petition was filed as Crime No. Not known of 2024. However, in this case already FIR was registered, the accused was arrested and released on bail. Thus, the petition has become infructous.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
