It is stated that the petitioner had paid the Court fee of Rs.9,000/- through E-stamping, whereas, the procedure requires that it should be remitted as succession duty before the Reserve Bank of India.

2.This application has been filed to accept the Court fee for a sum of Rs.9,000/- paid by way of E-stamping.

The Application is allowed subject to the procedure being permitted by the Registry. Accordingly, this Application stands allowed.
