ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in her proceedings Na.Ka.4934 / 2016 / Sa.Pa, dated 25.09.2024 and to quash the same.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the writ petition is not maintainable under Article 226 of Constitution of India, since statutory appellate remedy is available under the Act. Accordingly, the petitioner ought to have approached the Cooperative Tribunal for appropriate relief as against the surcharge order.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Co-operative Tribunal for appropriate relief, in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
