ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR No.281 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, J-9 Thuraipakkam Police Station, Thuraipakkkam, Chennai - 600 097.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concern Court and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.81 of 2024
