ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. The case in CC.700724/2012 was taken on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No~I, Tiruppur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur for the alleged offence under Sections 279 and 304(A) of I.P.C. Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the prosecution itself already filed application for withdrawal before the concerned Magistrate, the case need not be pending before the Magistrate any further and no useful purpose would be served.
