One among sureties shall be a Government Servant to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,Sriperumbudur in Crl.M.P.No.7836/2023 dated 26.10.2023.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner by the learned Principal Special Judge(EC & NDPS Act), Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.7836 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023 to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- along with two acceptable and reliable sureties like sum and one among sureties shall be a Government Servant to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.
2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order of the learned learned Principal Special Judge(EC & NDPS Act), Chennai dated 26.10.2023 wherein the Court had directed that one among the sureties should be a Government Servant. That particular stipulation is modified to the effect that one among the sureties should be father of the petitioner.
3. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is modified.
