ORDER

The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 25.08.2023 by measuring and demarcating the petitioner's land in extent of 10453 sq. ft. in Survey Nos.703/1A2B in Nathanhalli Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. There is no private respondent. Mr.V.Veluchamy, the learned Additional Government Pleader has accepted notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.It is a simple Writ of Mandamus, filed only for a direction to consider the petitioner's application for surveying the land. The respondents are directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the adjacent land owners on the boundaries and also to the rival claimants, if any or interested parties and comply with the 2/4

procedures, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and his application is otherwise in order. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
