Crl.M.P.No.19044 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.19044 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.27579 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J., This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 14.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.27579 of 2022 that each of the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on a condition that each of the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. However, the petitioners have now come before this Court for modification of the condition since they were unable to pay the bond amount as imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27579 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the each of the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
