O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 15.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23598 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint on the strength of the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.835 of 2014 dated 23.07.2014 and the order dated 12.04.2022 in W.P.No.34469 of 2014 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the as directed by this Court by an order dated 15.09.2022 in W.P.No.23598 of 2022, the petitioner lodged complaint and on receipt of the same, the respondent provided adequate police protection and with the help of the revenue officials, surveyed the subject land and handed over the vacant possession of the subject land to the petitioner on 11.02.2023. 3.

However, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the land was measured and surveyed with police protection, it not yet handed over to the petitioner.

Whereas the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the land was surveyed and handed over the vacant possession to the petitioner on 11.02.2.2023. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to enjoy and deal with the property in any manner. 5.
