ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with the Crime No.215 of 2021 on the file of respondent and quash the same.

2. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the final report has been filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.177 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai.

3. In view of this submission, this Court is of the view that the prayer for quash of FIR cannot be entertained. Therefore this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
