The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the subject vehicle was not seized by the Advocate Commissioner. She also submitted that as per this Court's earlier order dated 23.01.2023, the applicant has paid the additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for applicant, this Application is closed as no further order is required to be passed.
