This petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the conditional order dated 20.08.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.19942 of 2024 in Crime No.80 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilize the funds due to poor financial conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
