COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the communication rejecting the petitioners applications for the post of Assistant in the respective Co-operative Banks. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the selection process in respect of the Co-operative Banks was cancelled and subsequently, new Notification will be issued. He further submitted that the petitioners will be permitted to participate in the selection process provided they possess the necessary qualification prescribed in the Notification to be issued. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions. The writ petitions are accordingly closed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
