This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the orders passed in M.C.No.1239 of 2022 dated 27.08.2022 by the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
