This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to complete the trial in C.C.No.1592 of 2021 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.1592 of 2021 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
