This application has been filed to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the written statement of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants in C.S.No.15 of 2025.

3. However, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay is condoned and the written statement of the 1st to 3rd defendants is taken on record.
