.. Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 and

continue to pay the monthly rents from April, 2025 till such time they continue as a tenant of the petitioner premises as per the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.

ORDER

By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025, seeking continuation of monthly rental payment from April, 2025, till 2nd and 3rd respondents continue as tenant of the petitioner premises as per the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.

3. At the outset it is submitted by Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned standing counsel appearing for 2nd and 3rd respondent that petitioner's

representation dated 30.06.2025, would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after affording the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of hearing within a time period to be fixed by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders after affording the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of hearing, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of uploading of order copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy. No costs.
