ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 18.07.2023 and 28.08.2023.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the it would be suffice if a direction is issued to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 18.07.2023 and 28.08.2023 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

3. Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent submitted that a direction may be issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.07.2023 and 28.08.2023 within a stipulated time.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the 2/5

case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.07.2023 and 28.08.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the interested parties/rival claimants if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
