.. Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge at Kallakurichi to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.732 of 2020 within a time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.732 of 2020 on the file of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge at Kallakurichi.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 08.11.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said suit.

3. The learned Additional Subordinate Judge at Kallakurichi has 2/4

submitted a report stating that if six months time is granted, he will dispose of the said suit.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge at Kallakurichi to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.732 of 2020 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
